Graphics add to the visual appeal of a poster, but more importantly they can increase communication effectiveness 40-50% (Berg, 2017). Consider including a meaningful photo, table, pie chart, or infographic.

If you are using PowerPoint to create your poster, there is a chart creator within the program. From the Insert tab click on the Chart icon and follow the prompts for choosing the chart type and entering data. Here are some additional resources you may also find useful.
