ILLiad Account

• ILLiad is the Sladen Library's document service system used to order books, articles, etc.
• Create your personal ILLiad account online to place your order.  This account will help you track requests and keep a history of what you have ordered. Use your HFHS login and password to access your account.
• Book requests may also be renewed within the account. 

Turnaround Times

• Articles from other libraries, 1-5 days 
• Articles from Sladen Library, 1 day
• Books from other libraries, 3-14 days

Fees

• Requests are free of charge. There is a limit of 50 item requests per month. Exceptions can be made for appropriate circumstances.
